Need a PHP, laravel expert for some changes in Food app back end

I need a person who understand PHP in and out and know api integration . Also he needs to know Laravel in and out.
i have a app based on laravel and front end in Flutter . i need some one who can make some changes in code in back end that can be seen in front end
1- control of Restaurant position show to customers
2- API integration
3- Notification for orders to be continued untill orders status change for Restaurant, admin and delivery boy
few small changes which would be shared over call ...
