Need a PHP developer for a small website development

We need a developer to make a small website with Paytm payment gateway integrated into it. The user will come and choose the pricing plan from the homepage and will submit their information in a form, after which he/she will checkout. No signup/sign-in option is needed. Admin will get the form information submitted by the user and payment status with the payment transaction number. We may provide an HTML template, the developer can customize it. The developer will build and host the website on our hosting service with the domain provided by us.
