Need "PHP-HTML EXPERT" to fix existing issues and make required changes in existing PHP website.

|| ABOUT WEBSITE ||
I've a website which is in PHP, it is completely customise website where through Admin Panel i operate and manage everything, Like - adding category, subcategory, type, applying attributes in any category or subcategory, and all.
I haven't worked on it after lockdown, so it has almost no data, but this time I want to run website as my primary business.
In website I've found many existing problems, so want to fix all existing Issues I've found till now and as well as want to add few new things to improve it.

WANT ALL THESE BELOW UPDATE !!!
1. Filter(Attributes) creating option in Admin Panel.
(Three types of attributes, Single & With drop-down menu)
2. DLT template I'd Mapping.
Currently only principal identity mapped.
3- Brand search option in filter & in product adding page, in existing category & category which I'll create)
4- CAPTCHA In coustmor sign up page.
(Including Numbers, Alphabet, & Special characters)
5- Configuration of my number & email id, in forgot password, with Two step verification in Admin Panel.( With Resend OTP), including LOGIN NOTIFICATION each time when login in admin panel.
6- Stop creating account with already registered Mobile number & Email I'd.
7- Extend product image from current 4 to 6.
8- Now I can create Category- subcategory (and can add types in subcategories)
Want 2 fold more subcategories creation under under subcategories of any category.
9- Improve admin panel dashboard. (OPTIONAL).
(That Is NOT MANDATORY, but after agreeing on project i'm expecting slightly improvement the way it's work now).
10- Password to view and delete customer account.
|| EXISTING PROBLEMS ||
1. Want to add Brand in CATEGORY MANNER, instead of existing subcategory manner. so need to change current way where under category to add brand need to select subcategory.
2- Product images Navigation issue.
3- Attributes (Filters) are not working in browsing page, just appearing in browsing but not clickable.
4- Product price display issue.
5. City to rename, add ya change in admin panel not working. So after fixing it I can add or remove himself to homepage like before.
( Remove default city from homepage, after removing search anything, anywhere will be on HP)
6. While adding colour there is no multicolour icon, it's display single color icon with multicolour name.
Can create, as many as colours but can't create multicolour with Multicolour icon).
7- Product discription page issue.
8- Make adding anything in ASCENDING order instead of existing Descending order.
(EXCEPT vendor account & his products, they should be remain same, means new vendor & new product appear first like always)
9- Registered users profile, Number & Email update issue.
10- Forgot password recovery issue.
Project Completion Time- 7 Day's, will allow maximum 10 Day's. & Price Is Fixed.
