Need PHP Developer For 1.5 Weeks - Full-time
We have a CRM which is built-in PHP-Codeigniter. We want to enhance and customize it in the following ways.
1. We want to add more attributes to the support ticketing system/helpdesk module of the system
2. We want to pull and show the details in a pop. The details will basically need to be pulled from another system called the order management system.
3. Define the SLAs for the helpdesk tickets. Whenever SLAs are crossed, the alerts should be sent to respective departments
4. Whenever the helpdesk/support tickets are raised, the ticket assignment should be done in an auto or manual way
5. Create a ticket submission form to have the customers submit the tickets from the website and other public platforms
6. Create a dashboard that will consist of some or more elements as shown in the screenshot. This dashboard should give insights date-wise and agent-wise
7. There should always be an interaction between the order management system and ticketing system wherever needed
