Need OsTicket Integration with Telegram

I am looking for someone to help me integrate my existing OsTicket and Telegram bots for a smoother customer service experience. I already have credentials for both and I would like to set up the integration manually. The ideal Freelancer for this project should have experience in integrating OsTicket with other applications in the past. The ideal Freelancer should also have a technical know-how of how to set up and configure the integration. Most importantly, the Freelancer should have the requisite time to complete the project within the timeline set by me. Thank you.
