Need NopCommerce Module Developer

We have already built our custom plugins in different platforms (WooCommerce, Magento2, NopCommerce).
But we have to add new simple feature in existing plugins.
New Simple Feature.
1. Call Third-Party API when plugin is install/uninstall
2. Call Third-Party API when plugin is activate/deactivate
Fortunately, we have already finished WC, Mage modification for this new feature and the only thing is to do same feature on NopCommerce.
Please bid only when you have rich experience in NopCommerce plugin development.
We will provided endpoint body params, api url, existing nopcommerce code (if needed completed wc, mage module for referring) to selected candidate
