Need Larawel developer for texlocal sms integration and ccavenue payment integration in running project with in an hour

I am in need of a Laravel developer who can integrate texlocal SMS and ccavenue payment systems into my running project within the an hour.
Skills and Experience:
- Must be experienced in Laravel 5.6 or newer
- Strong experience with payment integration, specifically with ccavenue
- Familiarity with texlocal SMS integration
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills are a must
Task Priority:
- Payment integration is the priority, and needs to be completed first
Documentation:
- Unfortunately, there is no existing documentation or someone available to explain the current code structure. The developer will need to be able to navigate and understand the code independently.
