Need a Laravel Developer who can do Simple website for my GYM.

- Membership management: The website should have a system to manage and track gym memberships.
- need to manage the leads we will enter manually.
-Need to send SMS for the people whose plan is going to expire (10 , 5, 2,1 days )
just need A single page in front end with our packages and the Traings what we are going to few images of our instruments and the Enquire form.
Design preferences:
