We have a ticket selling website, we inegrated various ferry company's API for live data and pricing.
Problem is after purchasing tickets, customers are not receiving instant email with ticket download link or PDF ticket instantly in their email also admin not receiving the ticket purchase notification (same email template, goes to customer, as well as to admin email).
Need to fix the issue ASAP.
