Need a Joomla expert to fix my site sending emails to Outlook.office365.com -- 2

I have tried everything to get my Joomla site to send emails to Outlook.office365.com, but nothing works.
Joomla set correctly STARTTLS, port 587, etc.
Firewall allowing that port both in Joomla VM and AWS...
Cannot find what is preventing this...
