Need To Integrate Giphy With Plug-in On Wordpress Website

I have a plug-in which allows users to create a post, similar to a facebook post - and just like with Facebook, I would like to integrate Giphy, and allow users to be able to share Giphys on their posts.

I have included a reference photos. I need a developer who speaks very good english and has experience with this kind of integration.

Please do not post generic responses, as I will disregard anything that has nothing to do with the job I need completed.
