Need an Instruction document for generating Shopify API credentials

I am looking for a shopify developer who can create an 'Instruction document with step by step screenshots' on how to generate the below four (4) API credentails from inside the Shopify ADMIN:
---ADMIN API Access Token
-- API Key
-- API Secret Key
-- Storefront API access token
Need to make sure that the 'instruction' covers all Shopify versions.
IF the steps in generating the above credentials are a bit different on an old shopify version then specify that separately in the document.
Need to receive this on a word document with Screenshots pasted inside the document.
I want to get this done ASAP.
Please reply if you can confidently get this task done properly and if you can do this asap.
