Need Help Setting Up my Whatsapp API Templates

Hello, I am in need of help setting up a WhatsApp API template for my business. I already have one in mind and have all the necessary images, video links and documents. I will be using WhatsApp to send some notifications to my clients using automations softwares such as Pabbly Connect, Zapier, Make but I already know how to use this tools but I cant seem to set up my account properly.
