Need Help Making Stripe ACH work for a PHP Project

Hi there. I have some files from a developer of Stripe ACH with and without Plaid - meaning the without option uses the 2 micro deposits. He never finished. I need this working so I can let users load money from their bank (using ACH) and so users can withdraw money (meaning put it in their bank via ACH). It looks like he was having trouble getting the verification and charge methods working. Plus, I saw in the API that you have to use an email or customer ID or something like that to move money to the customer's bank.

I have his files that I can show you or hopefully someone knows just how to do this quick because he made me late on it. Thanks!
