Need a Full-stack developer for my project

I am a designer for this current project. I will be creative on this project and you will be developing my designs into a website for my client and they also requested for a floor plan builder as part of the website

Background:
My client provides wifi setup solution for people right now working from home. Through this website, the company can get hold of the details of the client's need before scheduling an on site appointment. One of the details will be their floor plan and through this builder, the company can have an accurate size of their floor plan and able to provide an estimate without having the go on site.

Target user: 30 to 50 yo, simple and intuitive to use.

What I am looking for:
1. Website developer
2. Floor plan builder for the website (similar to roomsketcher.com)

Things needed in the builder:
1. Add Walls
2. Add Windows
3. Add Wiring
4. Add Wifi Modem
5. After adding the wifi modem, the builder will recommend modems for wifi placement
6. Pre-fixed templates that customers can choose from
7. Very simple and straightforward UI so as to not scare away customers from using it.
