Need Flutter developer for Android and IOS

I have a Web Browser Strategy game which is up and running for a couple of years, for which I want to Develop Mobile Apps (Android and IOS). Web Game is responsible but it is not too user-friendly, so because of that, I want to make Mobile App, plus my player want it and I want to make them happy. So because of that, I need some Medior Android and IOS developer (or maybe just ReactNative Developer, Flutter) to develop that for me. I already have a Developer who is supporting the Web part, and who is making and supporting the Back-end part, which the Mobile app will be using it. RestFull API is made in Laravel (PHP framework) So Mobile Developer will be in communication with him the whole time, and he will give all necessary support.
