In Need of Fixed Developer for Company (dating sites)

Hi,
This Company needs a fixed developer. A developer who works every day including weekend. We have big and small projects. We need someone who is ready to help at some small bugs even when its not paid.
The developer needs to be able to do a lot, you need a lot of experience. YOU NEED to give quality work and need good communication!!
Its important that the communication and quality stand infront.
For the project we have at the moment.
1. Install stripe. The user purchases packages of credits. When selecting a package, they should be able to choose their payment method. After paying it should send you to a successful page or a error page incase something went wrong. After payment the credits should be given to the customer.
2. The site needs to be translated in Dutch. Not just translated with google translate, but manually.
3. The site needs to be checked on speed, I see that its loading a little slower, needs to check and fix to make it faster
4. Checking the full site and fix what might not work just for the purpose of a long term business with our company.
