Need a Dedicated Laravel/CodeIgniter Developer for Two Months

For our company we need a dedicated Laravel/CodeIgniter developer for coming two months. Developer should be able to follow our company rules and timings while in contract period.
Preferred skills
- Should have more than 3 years of experience
- Knowledge in Laravel 6+ and CodeIgniter 3+.
- Understanding of MVC design patterns.
- HTML/ CSS/ JS / jQuery / Bootstrap (Should have proficiency).
- Strong research, problem solving and analytical capabilities.
- Should have strong knowledge in Git operations.
- Database query, indexing, optimization, normalization and de- normalization concepts.
- Application performance and scalability tuning experience.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies.
- Strong communication skills needed to provide direction and to establish best practices within the team
Company Timings:
-Monday - Friday: 9AM to 6PM (Indian Standard Time) (In any emergency you should work on any time especially when there is any issue while application is in production stage. If you're taking any OFF on working days and able to work on Saturdays or Sundays to compensate the OFF, it's also possible).
-One Leave per month. If you're taking any OFF, you should inform at least one day ago.
