Need a Customised Navigation via Browser

We are looking for a browser based custom navigation experience for one of our client.
Navigation requires , the following
- Showing Current location ( Dynamic Street Views Panaroma)
- Manually add markers & Places ( client's locations with information)
- Showing priority places on the route
- Adding Pics and Videos

Compatible for IOS and Android phones.
