Need A Custom WordPress Plugin Developer for PayPal Payment Gateway Cloaking on Checkout

Looking for a developer for a PayPal Cloaking / White website checkout under black listed site checkout.
I Have a site A which services are not supported by PayPal and a Site B which services are supported by PayPal. Both Website Build on WordPress, and using Woocommerce for Payments integration.
When client Came to my website add to cart and proceed to checkout when he click on button procced checkout with PayPal he will automatically redirected to Site B Invoice and where he can procced with Pay on PayPal Dashboard. Below is the link of website which is already doing this. you can just check by adding to cart and proceeding to checkout button and see what he is actually doing on checkout button I want same as he is doing.
