Need Cloud Based SAAS Developer

Need a web developer who can help in building a Cloud Based SAAS product. The SAAS product will be used for auditing creatives being used in Google, Facebook and other paid media campaigns. The SAAS product should be able to
1. Read uploaded creatives for colors, text, font sizes, font type, contrasts & more
2. Based on pre-determined parameters, give scoring to the creatives
3. Publish a full report on areas of improvements in terms of creatives
The product will be sold to designers, agencies, freelancers, corporates and anyone who runs any type of marketing campaigns
Before starting the project, we will determine the tech stack of our SAAS product
