Need a CRM system to manage customers

Hello i need a CRM to manage customers with a task management system either web based or desk top application.. This will need to record customer contact information such as email, telephone, address, etc as well as other information such as the date they first made contact, product they are interested, the company it relates to and other information when the relationship has ended etc, requesting info. It will have a task management system , with predefined tasks for customers to be implemented on set days, i.e sending letters, making calls etc, The system should be able to add additional tasks and should have a diary management system where tasks show. It should also be able to capture data for MI reporting and present it in context when you need it i.e graphs etc, data . If you have made one before, please send me a link
