Need to Build A SAAS based Referral System

We are planning to build a SAAS based Referral Management platform where User/Website Owners can Signup and can Run Referral Campaigns , View Referral Campaign insights and Analytics.
Few important features will be
1) Create , Setup and Customize Referral Campaign( Edit and Delete)
2) Invite Existing Customers to register on this campaign
3) Setting up multilevel goals for each campaign ( like Free signup , paid signup or purchase of any product )
Referrer ( platform customer )
Signup on platform
Invite friends , family , colleagues and others with Referral link
Create groups/circles
Once A REFEREE buy any products from referral link they will get a commission.
They will have a dasboard to see insights
Referee ( non existing customer )
We will also need Integration with Shopify and Other eCommerce Site.
Once they buy any product or service they will be rewareded with Coupon.
A Referee can also become Referrer by joining the Referral program and can invite people .
