Need to Build Codeighnetor PHP project

Requirements:
I want you to make a simple Blog application using PHP, MySQL,and Code Igniter, Mysql Workbench, Xampp

1. Main Page with the top 5 Blogs
2. Link to create a New Post for Blog with title, Description, Image, and Tags
3. You need to have one page with a list of all Blogs with Pagination

criteria Depends

4)Presentation file on your solution (a few slides explaining what you did, how you did, why you did)

Remember: you can't do anything outside this above requirements . Must be complete all above requirements
