I need an experienced programmer with good knowledge of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript and Backend knowledge like PHP to build a platform where users can sign up, login and upload video files and then create interactive videos which they can share, embed or download as simple video file like MP4.
Users should be able to build clickable interactive video. There are many examples in internet.
I need full source code and co pyright and installation in server. Don't use WordPress plugins.
