We want a went a WordPress website (Preferred Elementor Page builder) for Awards/voting

Here are some of the Specifications -

Single Static page with basic functionality:

1. 5 sections and 3-5 artist names per section
2. Public voting feature for each artist
3. Social media share functionality for each artist (metadata like artist name, description adn cta for social share)
4. Backend - Access to the voting data (votes received, we should be able to export this data on csv or xls)
5. Footer links - contact us, about us, privacy policy links
