Need an Android app to recognize links in sms messages and draw overlay to sms view -- 2

I need an Android app with following features:

When standard sms messages are viewed on phone:
- Recognize clickable links/urls in messages
- Compare domain with white list
- If domain is on whitelist, draw a green square around the sms message. If blacklisted, draw red square
- APK to install and run on demo phones
- It's ok if app needs to be given permissions from Android menu

There will be a followup project with extra features and developer of this stage will be primary candidate for it.

Details:
- App compatible with android 10 and android 11
- Installed app must autorun when phone is turned on
- When user launches standard sms app on phone to view his sms messages:
- App recognizes clickable links/urls in sms messages
- Compare domain with white list
- If domain is on whitelist, draw a green square around the sms message.
If blacklisted (not on whitelist), draw red square
- Whitelist contains following domains:
"https://goodjob.fi, http://goodjob.fi, www.goodjob.fi, goodjob.fi"
- Any subdomains must not be accepted as whitelisted (for example omg.goodjob.fi)
- Url is allowed to have text after domain name,
for example "goodjob.fi/12345/abcd.html" is whitelisted
- Please do note: in next project to add extra features,
white list will be on web and is editable by admin
- Apk file that can be installed on demo phone and source code easily reviewable
- Project is reviewed and payment released within 24hrs of completion
- In completion of project, I will receive ownership and all rights to source code
