Need Amazon API to Upload Software Keys License and Send to Respective Buyers on Email

We need a solution that should get integrated to Amazon and on other marketplaces with the following features:
Pls bid only if you have worked on Amazon APIs before.
We will give access to multiple sellers, who too will have their respective dashboard and they too will get their respective Amazon accounts linked through this solution.
• List of the products added with respect to the products that are linked through Amazon or any other marketplace
• List of Email Templates for individual groups of products. There should be an emailing template section that we need to fill/update according to the various brands with the instructions to download and install the application
• Reports to check in an encrypted way as which code/key has been sold to whom along with the time, price and qty
• Operational works as mentioned below:
o Adding the codes/keys/coupons/image of the respective product SKUs.
o Editing the codes/keys/coupons/image of the respective product SKUs.
o Deleting, single or bulk or in select batch way, the codes/keys/coupons/image of the respective product SKUs
o Getting the stock reports on every last minute of the month automatically on the admin's/individual seller's email ID(s)
o When the codes are added/removed then an acknowledgement should be sent to the respective seller's registered email ID along with a copy to the admin email ID
o It would be better if we can have the individual reference ID for each key reflecting the relation with the batch then it would be easier to operate, but this is my suggestion, here you can give your suggestion too.
o As the keys are sold then the details of the buyer along with the time and quantity should be maintained which can be checked at any moment
o Digital locker where the individual seller can store his entire data in a highly secure manner and that should be an optional thing.
