Need API like Afterpay protal

I am in need of a portal or API much the same as Afterpay.
We work with different online retail partners and need a payment option where the user can log into their account while still on the partners page.
Their account will have discounts that they have with us that they can apply to their cart on the partners website.
We will then capture the payment and pass it onto the retailer, minus our commission.
I am happy to use a third party app or discuss the possible options to achieve this.
