I'm looking for a CRM for personal use. Specifically, I am looking for quotes, tracking records (credited and lost) and inventory, which allow the uploading and downloading of information in Excel, PDF files, which can be linked to email and WhatsApp. I have no preference as to whether I use a preferred CRM software or a custom solution. I am looking for the right freelancer to help me determine the best course of action.
