Navitaire NewSkies backend integration

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me with a project that requires integration of Navitaire NewSkies with my internal system. The type of integration I need is Single Sign-on, which requires knowledge of the SOAP protocol. The person I'm looking for should have experience working with both Navitaire NewSkies and our internal database, and they should know how to use REST API, GraphQL, or Webhooks as integration methods.
