NUXT/Vue and Laravel Full Stack Developer

We need a full stack developer who has experience with the following frameworks, libraries and tasks for a medical journal project.

Frameworks:
NUXT
Vue
Laravel

Libraries:
EditorJS
AnyStyle

Tasks:
Parse AMA references/citations using AnyStyle or any other library.
Modify EditorJS footnote plugin so that only reviewer can add and remove footnotes.
Emails for new/approved articles, suggestions.
Stripe payment UI integration
