Need to build a custom CRM with task management and invoicing. Need it to be very simple to manage orders. Reports and other complicated stuff are not required.
Eg.: Customer order's 3 services and pays for all the services on 17th dec itself. Full payment in advance. As of 18th dec we complete the first service however rest to services are pending for more details. So the CRM should mention which work is pending so that our agents can work on them and complete the same.
