In my existing website, homepage, first section there are two fields where we ask:
in first input box, type keyword, and when user types it.
in second inputbox, type location.
and search button.
We have a listing website where businesses are listed in several categories.
Example, if a business is listed in category 'plumbing service'
and if user types 'plumber' or 'i need to fix water leakage' or 'tap repair', your NLP related code should be able to understand what customer willing to search, and it consider one of the category from our predefined list of categories.
That is it.
Then, same NLP thing you will need to do in a whatsapp API chat bot, where we ask people to reply with keyword; here you need to use AI to work along with NLP
