Client Functionalities:
- Clients should be able to submit complaints directly through the portal.
- They should have the ability to track the status of their complaints in real time.
- After a complaint has been resolved, clients should be able to provide feedback on the resolution.
Engineer Functionalities:
- Engineers should be able to view complaints that have been assigned to them.
- They need the capability to update the status of a complaint as they work on it.
- Communication with clients should be facilitated through the portal, allowing engineers to keep clients informed on the progress of their complaints.
Administrator Functionalities:
- While not part of this project, it's worth noting that administrators should have the ability to assign complaints to engineers.
- They need to be able to monitor the progress of complaints.
- Generating reports on complaint resolution should also be a capability for administrators.
The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience in web development, with a particular focus on creating interactive, user-friendly portals. 1. Client Complaint Lodging
Client Login:
Clients log in using assigned credentials or an encrypted QR code.
Complaint Type:
Assigned Engineer:
Clients fill out a complaint form detailing the issue, including personal and contact information, issue type (Normal, Critical, High Priority), and problem type (Hardware, Software).
After submission, the assigned engineer receives notifications via email and SMS.
The engineer addresses the complaint within the specified time and deadline based on the issue's priority.
Unassigned Engineer:
Clients follow a similar process to fill out the complaint form.
Notifications are sent to buffer engineers and the office.
A buffer engineer is assigned to handle the complaint within the set timeline, with fixed times for site visits and resolution deadlines.

Admin Login:
Admins access the system with their credentials.
User and Engineer Management:
Admins can create and manage user accounts, including generating QR codes and passwords for clients, and setting up engineer and supervisor accounts.
Admins can assign one or more engineers to clients as needed.
