NGINX AND PHP HELP

I cloned a VM with VEAM to a new VM and suddenly my API is not working it seems
its still working on the old vm but in new VM it is saying
Request Error:Connection timed out after 10000 millisecondsresult is {"error":"access_token is wrong"}
This new VM is exact replica of the VM thats already working
need someone to fix this
