NFT cardano developer

We are planning to launch an NFT collection. The artwork would be ready soon. We require a developer to create the minting website and upload the artwork. Where as the nft will need a script that can check for wallets holding the nft and reward them with ADA from a specific wallet at random.
We would like the script to choose the holders at random and we can input the amount of ADA and number of wallets to send to.
