I need a comprehensive smart contract management system for both NFT and fungible tokens on the Ethereum blockchain. The primary functionalities of this system include:
- Token Creation and Minting: The system should allow for the creation and minting of tokens in a seamless manner.
- Transaction Tracking: It should provide an efficient mechanism for tracking transactions involving these tokens.
- User Management: The system should have robust user management capabilities, allowing for the overseeing and controlling of various user interactions.
This system is for software development projects under NFT token block chain smart contract. There are two types of tokens: Programmer and investor tokens. Investors are free to buy and sell tokens at any time. Programmer tokens may be locked-in tokens,suspended tokens, cancelled tokens or frozen tokens or saleable tokens. Programmers sign a development contract with the Build Committee, and programmer receives tokens. This contract is largely symbolic but may lead to breech of contract and cancelled tokens leading to AI assisted 2 judge arbitration. Programmer submits code to Build Committee. AI determines if code is suitable. Unsuitable code may result in Warning emails sent to programmer. 5 warnings results in suspended tokens and programmer must resolve the issues with the Build Committee. Additional warnings results in cancelled tokens and the programmer is unable to sell often leading to 2 judge arbitration assisted by AI. Unresolved arbitration may result in permanent ban from participation. In the event asking price falls to ten percent of initial offering price,all tokens are unrestricted and all contracts are cancelled. Investors may restart the project by additional token purchases.
