NFC plugin to write tag

I am in need of a creative and experienced software developer to create an NFC plugin for me. This plugin must be a WordPress plugin and compatible with multiple operating systems, such as iOS, Android, and Windows and also have a stylesheet I can customize to my liking using CSS. The purpose of the plugin is both reading NFC tags and writing NFC tags. The bidder must have experience working with both WordPress and NFC specific programming to successfully complete this project. To ensure the best outcome of the project, the bidder must keep an open line of communication and use quality code that is debugged and tested.
