NEW REGISTRATION with ADMIN PANEL and CLASS SCHEDULE

I want to recreate this REGISTRATION www.headTrixTraining.com/register.php to my new Wordpress website at www.headTrix.com
The registration is connected to a database and an admin panel where I can update class dates and hours, that get populated in the registration.
We offer THREE types of TRAINING
Public Classes, 1-on-1 Private Training and Custom Group Training. Live and Online.
We offer classes in Adobe applications. Student will register, and will receive a confimation for class, and we will receive an email as well letting us know of the new registration and payment.
We will need our admin panel updated so when I add classes to our database it also adds those classes to our schedule, our registration page, and to our class outlines.
