MY CLIENT( GPS TRACKING SYSTEM SELLER) LOOKING FOR A CRM TO MANAGE THEIR SALE LEADS AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS.
IMPORTANT FEATURE NEED IS THAT, WHATSAPP MESSAGE SHOULD SEND AUTOMATICALLY AFTER EACH SALE ENTRY STAGE, like.. WELCOME MESSAGE AND SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL MESSAGES BEFORE EXPIRY DATE AND AFTER ALSO WHEN THEY NOT RENEWED THE SUBSCRIPTION..
ALSO SOME CONTINOUS REMOINDING MESSAGES FOR NON RENEWAL CUSTOMERS FOR A PERIOD OF 45 DAYS.( 6-7 DAYS INTERVAL)
There will be 3 type people who need whatsapp messages to get , 1 is distributor, 2nd one is retail shops, 3rd one is end customers.
after enter the data, if we press one button, then 1st welcome message should go, then one more button press, next ( sale complete ) message should go to all.
the festival offers and season offers need to send seperately to distributors , retailers and customers.( data should get filtered)
all the data should be filter on the basis of input given, eg; username, mobile no, vehicle no, imei no etc...
THERE SHOULD BE CASH FLOW MANAGEMENT MODULE ALSO. ( ADVANCE PAYMENT, DATE, BALANCE TO PAY, BALANCE PAID etc)
