WE NEED TO ADD A FEATURE TO EXISTING WORDPRESS WOOCOMMERCE

We have an existing CUTEST PET CONTEST website built with WordPress and WooCommerce. Also used is Ultimate Member, Astra and Front End Post plugins. - Please note: This is AN ADD-ON FEATURE TO AN EXISTING PALTFORM, (not a new website project)
We now want to sell VOTING PACKAGES to users who want to vote for their favorite Pet.
Each Person can Vote For Free 1x per day, but if they would like to purchase 5, 10, 15, 20 votes or more, then they can purchases those additional votes in various packages. When the person purchases the votes on a specific pet's page, then those votes will automatically go to that pet, not other pets.

Our developer who did the site is on vacation, but we need to do this ASAP to generate some revenue now that we are getting pets and users signing up.
