Mycash woocommerce payment getaway plugin

I want to create a payment getaway plugin for mycash, a payment system made by the network company Digicel, which mostly operates in the Pacific. I believe it's a simple plugin that needs to work with woocommerce properly and create the API linkage with digicel at checkout to finalize the payment (digicel handles all processing, developer just has to create the linkage) . No hard core admin interface needed. I even have a sample plugin (mpaisa made by Vodafone, similar platform) from a rival payment company if it can help you as the developer and also to reduce the cost and time.
