MySQL PHP Developer Needed to Help Build Out Database

Hello!
I am looking for a strong PHP MySQL backend developer. I have created the database schema for a mobile app with primary and foreign keys, including data types and constraints for each. I need someone to take this database, build it out using tools within Cpanel provided by HostGator.com hosting since I have an unlimited account there already.
I want this database built out and then help me connect to it using Ionic 6 and Angular - which I know how to do myself.
