MySQL Monitoring & PDF Generation Application
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a desktop application that can carefully monitor a MySQL database on my Windows system. The app should be able to perform the following functions:
- **Monitoring MySQL Database**: The application should constantly monitor my MySQL database and detect when a new record is created.
- **WYSIWYG Template Management**: There should be a feature that allows me to manage various WYSIWYG templates. These templates would be used to generate dynamic PDFs based on the new records in the database.
- **PDF Generation**: Upon detecting a new record, the application should automatically generate a PDF based on a selected WYSIWYG template. Naming convention based on filed in processing record. Option Password added to pdf.
I would like the application to be user-friendly and easy to navigate for non-technical users. It is essential that this application runs efficiently on a Windows platform.

Additional Notes:
a. application will need to determine which template to use based on a query
b. Must be able to create, edit templates in an easy wysiwyg way.
c. naming convention based on db record.
d. Ability to add an option password to the PDF required.
e. The resulting PDF must be stored in up to 2 locations (one maybe a unc path with username and password required)
f. must be able to use multiple tables in the DB, All joins will be provided.
e. PDF will have a custom header / footer and pagination preferable.
