MySQL Longtext/Longblob Data Display Issue

I'm experiencing a critical issue with my MySQL database where data stored in Longtext and Longblob fields is not displaying in Webpages and Edit Mode Textarea. I have a few Longtext and Longblob fields, So I need someone to settle my problems by GLOBAL PHP File setting and TEACH me how to do so, so that my webpage and Textarea can display these Longtext and Longblob fields value and at the same time not affected the speed of loading the webpage and textarea.
