MySQL Database Integration with Clover API

I am in need of a Clover API created that collects data from clover account. We have clover flex 3 devices setup to be payment only devices, 1 at each of our 7 stores.

We have a web server so maybe create a php script that can be ran
periodically that would execute the clover api and save new data to
our mysql database table.

It would be ideal to have the below information pulled from each
device when the script is ran, that way it can be executed
periodically via cron so our point of sale system will know the
transaction totals in the card machine.

Ideally this information collected:
Date
Store Name
Machine Number
Total Sales
Total Refunds
Total Tax
Total Tips
Server totals for each server, as we have tips on some transactions.
Up to 5 servers per day per location.
Server Name Total
Server Sales Total
Server Refunds Total
Server Tax Total
Server Tips Total
