MySQL Backend Development for Invoicing, Scheduling & statistics

I'm looking for a skilled backend developer to assist with my MySQL database. This project involves creating a backend system for managing invoicing, driver scheduling, and statistics tracking from my database.
Key tasks include:
- Developing functionality to generate and track invoices based on my database from my orders
- Implementing a system for shift assignments in driver scheduling, basically each driver logs in with his current driver username and password which you can take from the existing database, and he can select which hours he can drive in the following week and also next weeks. the schedule locks at saturday night and i need connection with chatgpt api to set the shifts based on several historical data from my orders and upcoming weather (for vehicle selection mostly) .
- Implementing system where i can track my revenue, profit, loss, etc i will explain this also its all based on my data.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in MySQL and backend development, with a keen understanding of invoicing systems and scheduling software.
