Music streaming platform similar to Spotify/Youtube Music

I would like a website and mobile app be created for a south african music platform. Focusing on only Afrikaans Language. The app has to be able to integrate Register/Login. Where there should be a admin panel for artists where they will be able to view analytics , revenue generater aswell as be able to upload their music. The website/App should have a very clean UI and easy to navigate with an engaging look. Should incorporate Google Ads. Membership plan must be available

I would prefer the app to be built in laravel because we have a developer that can work on it for when development is done.
