Multivendor opencart

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to request some modifications to the OpenCart Multivendor module or explore suitable solutions for an OpenCart Multivendor shop. Please see the description below.
Over the course of the month, merchants sell their products, and the total amount for these sales is transferred to the merchant's account. At the beginning of the next month, the merchant receives an invoice listing all the sales. A specific commission is charged from the totalof all sales. Subsequently, an invoice is generated with the corresponding commission amount that the merchant must settle.
Where products from two or more different sellers are in the shopping cart. There are two options for processing.
The first option is called "Splitpayment." In this case, the customer pays once, and the payment is then divided and forwarded to the respective sellers. If this proves to be too complex or not feasible, there is a second option. Initially, the goods are paid for from one seller, and then payment is made to the other sellers.
